Ganbei! at Craft Beer Rising in London
The Next Day's alcohol documentary project Ganbei! continued its London shoot last week at the amazing Craft Beer Rising at the Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch. Following on from the shoot in Beijing in November, the filming focused on the fascinating subject of craft beer and the development of the international beer industry - the pilot episode will be ready soon, and we'll be looking for partners and financing for the full series, covering a wide range of different alcohol types in China and internationally, from wine and whisky through to baijiu and three snake liquor.
With help from the excellent OgunprO (https://www.facebook.com/Ogunpr0/), the Craft Beer Rising shoot was a great success, covering some fascinating industry talks (including a session on female brewers and diversity in the beer industry), events footage....and, as ever, plenty of drinking!
